Left Handed Gadow Guitars

RR Gadow Guitars - Gadow is taking music back to its roots. Their manifesto: "music" has become a huge, soul-less machine. One that cranks out boy bands and pop idols like eye candy on a conveyor belt. That hangs its corporate hat on mass-produced, poorly made guitars. That has lost sight of what it's really all about: makin' music. (Continued Below)

Must See - RR Gadow Custom LH

Great American music has always been a grassroots phenomenon. It's about jam sessions held in garages, basements, smoky roadhouses and country churches. It's raw, authentic, honest and personal. And it's real. At Gadow, that's what they respect. And that's why they do what they do.

Their roots are in the South, too, where American rock, country, blues, gospel and bluegrass were born and raised. Like all the great bands we admire, they are small, tight and focused. Why? So they can obsess over every handcrafted electric guitar and bass they make, and still have time to make a little music with their friends.

What They Believe is Who They Are

They are in this because they give a damn. They design and price their instruments to be played by real musicians, not to be collected as investments or mounted for show. They hand-pick components crafted by folks who think and care like they do. They are Gadow.

Ryan Gadow, president and luthier of RR Gadow Guitars, began building guitars in 1994. Ryan is responsible for instrument design and production.

Ryan's motivation for building his own guitars was an obsession with high quality workmanship combined with exquisitely clean tones. His instrument designs provide simple, stylish looks while delivering pure, clean tone and playability.

Through the repair of fine guitars, Ryan was able to identify his preferences for certain guitar characteristics, which he brought to his guitar luthiery. Ryan liked the looks and workmanship of some guitars, and the clean tone of others, yet was frustrated with the difficulty of finding one guitar that excelled in both.
