While playing the club circuit in the late seventies, I was always less than satisfied with the guitar slide selection available at music stores I would visit on the road. While home on a break I decided to grind out the cutaway section of a chrome slide I had at the time. It always bugged me how it would pinch my inside first knuckle. That bit of skin "flab" would be pinched on my anorexic pinky finger. |

I immediately noticed a big difference in the comfort as well as the stability. This satisfied me for some time until later when I was managing and then eventually owning my own music store I decided to take it several steps further. I figured if I could shape the inside to fit a finger like a good pair of gloves and add a spot for the opposing finger to rest that I would have a more comfortable and stable slide. |

I hired professionals to source out the best, most high tech machine shop to build this product. That was no easy task. Finally we found a great shop in Spokane WA and the first prototypes were made. Some initial fitting were good but a little tweaking of the interior and establishing surface requirements brought us to the point that we wanted to be at. |

The most comfortable ergonomic slide on the market was born. Initial manufacturing was tedious as we were always pushing for the best quality possible. Our manufactures proved to me that they could build an excellent product. I am proud to finally offer this slide to you. |
