If I don't know what makes a guitar a "player," I ought to. I have been around guitars and music all of my life. As a teenager I worked at the original Danelectro factory in Neptune, NJ back when their biggest customer was Sears. I played guitar and bass on the beach club circuit of the Jersey Shore with the likes of Little Steven and Southside Johnny.
The only habit I kept from the Sixties was a love of music. I've bought and sold more guitars than I care to remember (or can remember).

My favorite guitar was stolen opening for Cheech and Chong in the 70s and recovered 20 plus years later (and still is my favorite guitar - named Lazarus.) Now 30 years later, no longer road kill on the information super highway, I have a website and am trying to sell and buy guitars in cyberspace.
